15 We went out this morning and picked up 150 units of oyster to send out. Here's Sonia, Jude, yours truly, Tania and Fluxy sortin', packin' & stackin'.
16 I thought I'd unload one half of the barge and someone (hint hint Fluxy) would do the other half. Nuh, not going to happen in this lifetime dude!

18 Sonia got a taste for razorfish, so I got roped into shucking 150 or so of them.
19 To an oyster farmer, razorfish are a pest as they live on the same nutrients as the oysters, plus they have a hard shell that is razor sharp.
20 The pointed end sits in the seabed while the razor sharp other end sits out about 6 inches and they cut the heck out of your wader boots.
21 Once you open them, you throw this out as it the intestines.
22 You're after this part which is actually the muscle but is called the heart.
